"First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay."

It was in an area of town that I’m very familiar with. I enjoyed my stay a lot, even though I was only there to study."

"The listing led us to believe that this was a secluded cabin, when it was really next to their other available cabin. There wasn't anything noted on the rental info that identified between the two cabins. We ended up walking around to the doors of the wrong cabin. There were very few towels available considering ones necessary for the hot tub. Other than that, and the eclectic dish and cup selection, it was quite peaceful and it did feel very private even with people in the neighboring cabin....
