"Was advertised as luxury accomodation - definately not. Entrance very untidy with overgrown weeds also at rear entrance. Dirty windows. BBQ filthy & unusable which was disappointing & zero furnishings in outdoor area.. Great location but would not book this propery again."

"We loved Richmond and the house. The whole process was extremely easy and everything was perfect for our time in Melbourne. We had a car so having a parking space was vital and the house was super clean and comfortable."

"Lower bathroom showerhead broken, entire unit stunk of Indian food coming from next door, neighbors making noise every night until early hours, TV not working. we requested some clean towels which did not arrive. lots of traffic noise. Premises not very clean. For what we paid no value at all."

If you’re looking for a classic Collingwood cottage that’s super close to ‘everything’ Melbourne has to offer you won’t find much better. 5 stars! PS. The Goldy pub and the amazing Milk Bar 200m down the street is an added bonus. "
