"Check-in and check-out were smooth. Room were clean and nice. Thing to improve are the toilet fixes that need to be tighten (eg shower, bidet, tap..).. Breakfast simple and nice. "

"The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building."

"2 nights stay. Front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant, room is good and clean everything worked. Breakfast included is awesome and staff there were also welcoming, helpful and all the food was great. Very comfortable stay and awesome staff, well done. "
