"Property is very nice and stuff is super friendly. Highly appreciated free bus tickets , that was nice touch from hotel . The only comment I can make is that overall prices for accommodation in Banff are super high, I understand that June offers relatively good weather for hiking, still everything is more than doubled in price. "

"It would be better if a curtain could be added to the attic to separate the space to the living room, as there are two beds in the attic, but there no curtain on the triangular window which the light can come to the attic from the window. In the evening, it lets in a lot of light, which isn't ideal for people like me who need complete darkness to sleep."

"Everything was great! The only feedback I would offer is that in the honeymoon cabin (carriage house??), there wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries bags etc. in the washroom. Similarly could have used one more spot for a suitcase to sit, so that it didn't have to be on the floor. Otherwise it was all awesome."

"It is a very good location in Banff downtown. Room was spacious and kitchen/dining room was very good. Hot pool was also very good. I highly recommend staying at Fox Hotel and suites. "

"While this hotel is older it is very nice and some upgrades have happened such as the bathroom. It is located centrally and very walkable. "

"We stayed here over the July long weekend with our dog. The hotel was fantastic with our dog, the hotel supplied a dog bed, water dish, pick-up bags, and even gave our dog a toy and treats upon arrival. The room was good for what we needed it to be, the kitchenette was a nice bonus as well. Yes, the rooms do not have AC, but in all honesty, we didn’t need it. It wasn’t 30C when we were here, but it was low to mid 20s and the room cooled off enough at night to be comfortable (even too cold). Beds were comfortable. Only downside with keeping the window open at night was the trains running at all hours and blowing their horns, which typically woke us up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I still don’t understand the lack of daily housekeeping (considering the cost per night), but this seems to be par for the course nowadays unfortunately. We didn’t use any of the amenities, however they looked to be in good condition. The restaurant food was good, reasonably priced, and allowed us to have our dog with us on the patio (which makes life easier as you can’t leave the dog unattended). We would definitely stay here again. "
