The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply enjoy a morning coffee with panoramic views. The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring three queen bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed—perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Step outside to your private oasis. The expansive outdoor living area features a covered patio with lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a brand-new hot tub ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The pool and shaded conversation area make it easy to spend your days outdoors, soaking up the Texas sunshine or enjoying dinner al fresco under the stars.

Please note, the built-in spa is not currently available, but the new hot tub ensures comfort after a day of exploring. Routine mid-week pool maintenance helps keep everything in top condition.

Vista Azul also hosts a small colony of honey bees, cared for by a local beekeeper. On occasion, guests may have the unique opportunity to observe the beekeeper tending the hives—a fascinating glimpse into Hill Country nature. Please note, the bees are located safely away from the home and outdoor living areas, so guests will not be disturbed during their stay.

Girls trip

Stayed one night after hiking Pedernales Falls. Good proximity to P. Falls and Johnson City. Property clean, patio/view and hot tub wonderful. Fire damage to surrounding landscape non issue… still beautiful. Would happily return with larger group - spacious & modern. Would be cautious with very little kids on edge of patio as it drops off a few feet to ground level. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Pool is completely fenced for safety. Overall great & highly recommend.
