The Space:
This spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo is right across the street from ETSU in beautiful Johnson City, TN. We designed this boho condo with comfort in mind because we love a restful place to start or end the day. There's room for your whole crew to spread out in style as you’ll find a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bathroom.

The other bedrooms have two queen beds and a workspace! The condo sleeps 6 comfortably, as there are beds for 6 people. But in a pinch, the couch in the living room is a futon, so you could fit more if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and supplies you need for a home-cooked meal!

This is a 3rd floor unit with super easy access. Parking is also easy but is limited to the one assigned spot, with two more vehicles permitted in the visitor parking. The parking spaces just outside the unit are for other units so you'll want to stick to the areas described in your check-in.
