"We have stayed at this hotel several times and it must be under new management. The parking was always included with our stay in the parking ramp next to the hotel. This time however, they charged us $5 per car to part in the ramp. It really made the place feel CHEAP! If they need the $5 that bad, just increase the price of the room. Bad Idea for them. They also have changed hands of the resturant connected to the hotel and before it was very pricey. I requested a menu from the front desk to see and how things changed. One would have thought someone would have thought it was a good idea to have menu's available for guest to look at."

"Pretty much everything about this hotel was bad. When we arrived we were told we didn’t have a reservation but they had some rooms available and gave them to us. The rooms were in bad shape. The refrigerator in one of the rooms didn’t work. The restrooms were not clean enough. But the worst part was the strong marijuana smell in the elevator and hallways, and the strange-looking people loitering in and outside the hotel."

"Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel."

"For other travelers considering this spot, just know it's a basement apartment, below a house in a subdivision. I could hear feet walking overhead and voices. The best part is the back porch and view of the trees and creek. I spent a lot of time sitting out there listening to the birds. Inside the space, it's a little dark, and some of the electrical outlets don't work. I had to move the coffee pot and try a few to get my laptop to charge. I still had a pleasant stay and loved the peaceful view."
