"Lovely staff and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the motel itself is not in great condition. The walls are thin so we could hear everything in the room next to us. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door was damaged. Few towels were supplied."

Campbell House Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Second time at this adorable property. I requested a room with a jetted tub because I enjoyed the one in my previous room. Again, the breakfast was amazing! I'm trying to find another reason to visit Eugene just so I can stay at the Inn again! "
Home2 Suites by Hilton Eugene Downtown University Area
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the amenities! The homeless gather around the corner near a soup kitchen or mission, but they never bothered us and we walked everywhere. Just a heads up, the parking lot is owned by the city and it’s $14 per day plus a city tax. The staff were helpful and very gracious. The breakfast was great. Such a large suite (double Queen). We will definitely be back and will try to seek out this chain when traveling."
"Everything about the room & the hotel overall was extremely nice. I can't find anything to even nit-pick except that they want $75 for your pet, which is a gouging over-charge."
"Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Water was extremely hot, which is nice for adults but if you have children as they could get burned easily at this water temperature.
My one criticism was that we ended up staying in one of the older buildings and it had no elevator like the main, nicer hotel building. This really bothered my arthritic knees. If knee pain is an issue make sure to book in the main building which is newer, nicer and has an elevator. That section was full so they could not switch us. Plan ahead."
