"I chose this hotel because it was very highly rated here on this site. The woman and her husband that owned this place were very kind And friendly and helpful. This was just a few few blocks away from a wonderful seafood restaurant for lunch right on the water that I went to that she recommended to me. Also, Main Street for Hyannis was just two blocks away so I could leave my car in the hotel parking lot and walk up and down the whole main street of Hyannis and go to various restaurants, restaurants and coffee, shops and bars. That was such a pleasure. So I would say the location is very good and since it’s a couple blocks off of Main Street, it’s not that noisy. That was my concern about getting another hotel or motel right on the main street in Hyannis. I am very glad I made this selection. When it came time to check out, she allowed me an extra half hour to get my belongings together without a problem. She offered me a water as I got into my rental SUV and was driving toward Boston that day. It couldn’t have been a better experience. I won’t say that this is a modern motel or hotel by any means, but this is in really good shape and the room was extremely clean and all the amenities that I needed were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there was air ventilation through windows if needed, but I kept them locked anyway… Do not hesitate to book here at this motel if you are going to be visiting the area in Hyannis downtown or beach areas. "

"Great check in, gentleman at check-in (5/11) was very helpful. Gave us directions to multple places, BlackCat Tavern was Great...pricey, but very good.. Hotel was clean, friendly, etc.. doing construction but was still an awesome stay. Look forward to return.."
