Bed needs replacing.

Friendly staff but the bed was narrow and sunken in the middle leading to a bad night's sleep. One of the older Scandics.

Recommendable except for the parking

Not the most modern venue in Joensuu but clean and well maintained anyway. Location is excellent in downtown. Big disappointment was the hotel parking that was advertised as free. It was free but obviously too small for demand, so it was fully booked every evening. My room was big, especially the bathroom was about the size of a small hotel room. It was an "accessible room", although I did not ask for it. I consider it an upgrade. The breakfast was excellent to my taste.

Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiainen monipuolinen. Viallista kirjoituspöydän lamppua ei korjattu, vaikka ilmoitimme siitä infoon ja myös siivoojille ja yövyimme kaksi yötä. Huone liian viileä, jopa kylmä. Piti ottaa kylpytakki lisäpeitoksi. Jos energiaa pitää säästää voisitte hankkia lisähuopia huoneisiin. Kahvi-, tee- ja kaakaopussitäydennystä ei suoritettu päivittäin. Parkkipaikkoja liian vähän.
