Located at the top floor. The room itself quite ordinary. No balcony. Windows high in the room. Want to see out need to stand up. Anoying noice from ventilation during daytime. Room nice and clean.
The dining options of this hotel was not appealing so we did not eat at the hotel during the week. 25 € each person for breakfast NO WAY. Dinner only on pre-booking and very pricy 60 € for evening menu.

"Great view, and location.No washing machine. Poor lighting. Problem with wifi first 2 days (then resolved). Farmers field just below had manure spread on it twice so very unpleasant smell all afternoon. Slightly awkward entrance, with outside, then steep inside steps. Quirky, but ok."
"Had a great ski holiday. Chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable. Location was great for St. Johann ski slopes and only a 15-20 minute drive to Kitzbuhel ski resort. Plenty to do and see. "
"My husband had to stay in hospital due to a ski accident and I booked this hotel last minute, until we were able to fly home. The owner and all the staff made sure I had an uncomplicated stay in what was a stressful time. All the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. It was a lovely place to stay in a great location and I would happily recommend it to anyone and hopefully will return in happier circumstances!! Thank you!!"

"Roland was a wonderful host . The property was a five min walk to the nearest lift that gave you access to the entire St. Johann ski area. The town was just an about a 20 min walk with lots of shops and dining. The house itself was plenty of room for our family of five. the kitchen was spacious and well equipped . We will be back! "
