This property is fairly good and clean from inside.
Jimmy, the contact for this property is very helpful. The rooms have been done up well though the bathroom didn't have any provision to keep clothes while showering. There was a shelf on top of the toilet seat but too high to reach. Also expired milk powder sachets for tea
Food wise, portions are good. Fruit salad bowl has freshly cut fruits and they are flexible if we want any item from the menu to make changes in it .
The 1 star is because of the very dirty approach to the property.
There is a gate from the lane to walk a few metres to the property. Outside the gate was a pile of rubbish which is thrown by some of the people living in neighbouring houses. Really disgusting. Stray dogs who sleep on the ramp leading into the property. A broken building with bricks inside the gate to the right.
The stairs inside the property are difficult to climb as each step is so high, it seems to save money the stairs have been made this way. The first self stairs is convenient to climb but second and third set is most uncomfortable.
When you are in the hospitality business, these need to be taken care of.
The old city of Jodhpur near the Fort has very narrow lanes with only autorickshaws for commute, the lanes are dumped with rubbish. The ride is extremely bumpy . I will not recommend staying in that area.
