"Real Inn in my opinion needs to do some renovation in the lobby and perhaps replacing tile in the bathroom. However, the service and staff are truly amazing. Yes I would stay there again. I am a person impressed with the look of the lobby in a hotel. I must admit though, throughout my many travels, sometimes the best, fancy looking hotels, do not offer excellent customer service. The Real Inn in Guadalajara does."
