The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here. "

Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card."
