The greatest hospitality from our host. We could not have had a better week with quiet tranquility, fishing , and a wonder host in God’s country."

The hosts are very accommodating and even gave us a tour of the other property available for rent on location which was also great . This is a great place to stay at the lake!"

"Our stay was great. The view was fantastic. Accommodations were fine, lacked kitchen towels. Would like to see a table and chairs on front porch to eat on & watch the lake. Very quiet even with neighbors close by. Will definitely go back to this place"

"Property was as advertised. Very clean. Great views. Not the fault of the owner but fishing was not good off pier since it was very windy. Also, internet connection was very poor. Streaming was only a trickle or not at all. Otherwise, good stay and nice place"

"I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area."

"I fell in love with this cabin 3 years ago. This was my 4th stay. I plan on making this an annual trip every year. I love that as a solo female traveler I feel safe here. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your stay minus groceries and beverages. Lots of wildlife in the backyard and on the water. I spend most of my time on the wharf(dock, deck, pier) soaking in nature and sound of the water. Rhonda and Dan go above and beyond in making sure that my stay is a comfortable one. I...

"Enjoyed our stay with family,friends, and kids. Beautiful view of the lake with good fishing off the dock. Kids enjoyed it as well as the adults. Also hav double covered parking for boats to stay on the water which was super convenient. Property was super clean and well organized. Owners are super friendly and helpful, even put us on some fish! Overall a 5 star rating and hope to be back soon!"

"We traveled with our 5 & 7 year old boys. They were 3&5 last time we visited and never stopped talking about "Miss DeeDe's cabin"- so we returned. We had so much fun again! This time the boys are bigger and they are better fisherman and we're so excited to catch some pretty bass. Again, "Miss DeeDees hospitality was awesome. Great breakfast a casserole, cinnamon rolls and kolaches! The cabin is so nice, cozy and clean and the boys love the loft beds. We did not see the deer this time but Domino...

"We had so much fun at this cabin on Toledo Bend! The weather was amazing and although the fish weren’t biting we still had fun in the sun. Great location and we loved how secluded it was. Also the back porch is awesome and loved all the sitting areas especially the TV outside. Thanks for letting us stay!!"
