"It is a much more basic property than I thought when I booked. Rooms are basic. Bedding is basic. Outlets for cellphones are poor in the room. But there are other things that help: staff is amazing. Everyone is very nice. Shout out to Maria Jose at the front desk and the ladies on the breakfast area. Everyone is amazing. The Internet is okay. The pool area is very good and the area of the hotel with convenience store and restaurants is walkable. "
