"Obwohl unser Aufenthalt nur ein verlängertes Wochenende war, waren wir von dem Spa Libverda überrascht. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sauberkeit und Service waren ausgezeichnet. Wir waren begeistert, so das wir sogar die Halbpension nachbuchten. Wir kommen wieder undzwar schon im Dezember."

"Alles toll. Man kommt abends an und das Zimmer ist angenehm warm. Herrlich. Einzig, dass die Navi Daten nicht zum Hotel passen ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though...
