"Loved how activities staff Smiley and Yuni made fun for all the guests while leaving time to lay on the lagoon. Food cooked by Gede and team was top notch for Balinese over dinner and cakes at Breakfast with fully stocked egg/pancake/rice/noodle/fruit stations plus all dietary needs catered for. all the wait staff were attentive as were the lobby staff who helped organise anything we asked. Get the lagoon access pool for ultimate refreshment."

"One of the best stays we ever had. The hotel is in great condition with an excellent gym, pool, food and rooms with its own pool. However what really made the stay was the excellent staff who were always friendly and eager to help with any questions or assistance. We enjoyed being outside the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu while taxis were frequent and safe getting to the areas we wanted to. The free shuttle in the area from the hotel was a further great touch."

"I fully enjoyed my stay here. Staff from Reception to Management to Service to Kitchen to Housekeeping were all very attentive, caring, helpful, professional & friendly. If I was to come back again then I would definitely come again to stay put with them. Some minors adjustments can be done like on Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3 and at Floor 5 some signs or letters or digits can be stuck to the wall right when the lift door opens. Sometimes, I went to wrong floors as out of habit I got out when other people were coming in thinking it is my stop, lol, lol. On another note, in the room they provide you with some ear tips, sanitary pouch, shower cap & a good sized tooth paste with a tooth brush but I was wondering, if under a thoughtful gesture, they can provide us with a disposable shaving kit too. If I was to come back again then I will happily visit Fox Hotel again to make my future stay memorable again. All staff deserves compliments and I may not have mentioned names here but I am sure you will remember who was I and how we had conversations daily. Thanks a lot. "

"Although the property is a tad dated but with amazing history character amd beautiful gardens .. .. the maintenance and cleanliness is exceptional .. they are recovering from the pandememic and doing an amazing job . The service food and rooms are beautiful .. and relaxing .. the staff are beautiful and amazingly helpful and friendly .. walking distance to facilities like ATM .. etc .. The beach is right there with hundreds of fish cafes . I cannot recommendreccomend this place highly enough .. The pool is beautiful and huge and the laughter is everywhere . The staff know our names after a week and we know thiers .. The night markets are fun and right next door .. Rosa gives the best massage and bought us special fruit treats . So safe and relaxed and they even helped us out when we got our dates wrong .. Outstanding by all accounts !!"
