"The lobby and grounds are quite impressive, especially at night when the lights highlight the sculptures and ornate gold leaf in the lobby. Walking through the softly lit courtyard gives you the feeling of walking through the grounds of a palace. The staff are amazing. They remembered us from prior visits. I normally dislike the phrase "arrive as a guest, leave as a friend", but that it how the staff made us feel. They knew our preferences and went out of their way to provide every service we might want. The property is currently undergoing some maintenance that is needed to bring it back to it's full majesty. It's still very impressive, but when the maintenance is completed, it will be even better."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran and truly enjoyed every part of our experience! Everything was excellent — the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every request we had was taken care of almost immediately, which really made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Erika, who took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warm personality and exceptional level of service made our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran to couples, families, and anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service and wonderful hospitality in Bali. "The food was AMAZING. The staff are friendly and engaging. The rooms are huge, with private balconies. It’s a quiet and away from the hussle and bustle. There are other bars and restaurants in the street with a fantastic coffee shop about 200metres down the road towards the beach. Lovely relaxing holiday. Thank you La Joya"

"The room was absolutely gorgeous and so romantic. Everything was so high quality and sustainable and locally sourced. The staff were incredible! So friendly and so helpful. The food was out of this world. The view by the pool was amazing. Absolutely loved this place… wish we could stay here again. Also the secret beach right next to the hotel was our favorite beach in Bali. The food at the restaurant was the best… we didn’t realize they served dinner initially and I had my birthday dinner at a different highly rated nearby restaurant and it was … not good. The food here was fantastic every time. I can’t rave enough about the bathroom … so gorgeous."

"This is a must stay resort! Everything was perfect from their airport transfer to checking in (we had a late check in at 11pm, was so smooth). The rooms are beautiful and so quiet, if you are looking for quiet and no construction noise this is your place! The food was great and it was so easy to get around to all the different restaurants and pools within the resort. Everything was easy to book via the app, the activities are a must and the spa is amazing!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨ "
