"Rooms show a little age. Staff is friendlier here than anywhere I’ve ever traveled. This was our second year in a row, staying 3 weeks each time. No free breakfast is one of the only downfalls. Asked for a king bed and got 2 full sized pushed together. It worked just a little inconvenient. Overall good enough if you’re alone, a couple or an entire family. Budget friendly, 2 pools, great view of the Bangkok skyline, close to shopping. Located right next to a canal boat stop for inexpensive travel into and out of the heart of the city. Would highly recommend for those who can look past some cosmetic imperfections and some outdated furniture. "

"We were greeted by front desk staff Toy, he is friendly, patient and even upgraded us to premier executive room but kind of sad as the room aircon is not working well and we request to change room in the middle of the night. Lucky their service is efficient, managed to change to another room. Breakfast is nice. The lounge was recently upgraded, staff Pae she remember me. Overall the staffs are good. Location is nearby to BTS and shopping area."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at GCPR. The room size was impressive- easily the most comfortable and spacious we experienced during our entire Thailand trip. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus and made things incredibly convenient, especially after travelling around. The facilities were solid as well. We enjoyed the pool and games room. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, which always sets a good tone. The location worked well for us too. It was within walking distance of shops, and having a 7-Eleven right next door was handy. The only downside was the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand, the selection felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with just a small area for improvement."

"the traffic pattern is not good, situated off the main road with hidden driveway. Staff was as good as the best of the Bangkok hotels. On the club floor was excellent with lots of space to enjoy the view but had limited food menu besides the chef at the egg station."
