"We had a fantastic stay at this Sand Lake house! The 4 young boys had a great time catching countless fish off the dock and paddling around in the kayaks. The moms loved the paddle boards and the lakeside campfire. A great place for our crew of 8. We were also treated to some eagles diving for their lunch near the dock and plenty of loons."

"We were in the area for a funeral so just needed a place to sleep and unwind. Definitely small but served our needs - the driveway is extremely steep. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues I would not recommend this property. Beds are very firm - couch was more comfortable! All in all it worked fine and was lovely to be on the water."

The tranquil call of the loons each evening were a perfect ending to each day. The main cabin and bunkhouse were very clean and tastefully decorated to make you feel very comfortable. We had near perfect weather for all activities. Everything we had hoped for."

The cabin was very clean and well stocked and provided excellent relaxing lakeside activities. The area had great restaurants, boat rentals, and access to everything we needed. "We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this cabin. The decor was lovely and made it truly feel like a cabin at a lake. It’s well stocked with decent cooking pans and utensils. Also lots of board games which came in handy during a rain storm. My father grew up in the area and we came to see the area again. "We rented this property because it was within reasonable driving distance to the Chippewa Moraine Ice Age Trail Segments for hiking, which provided an entire week's worth of hikes for us and our dog. The cabin is comfortable and has quality pots and pans unlike some rentals. The couch is comfortable for sleeping. Wi-fi worked great and so did the TV. "I wanted to take a couple days to get away from all the stress. I am 62 and just wanted to relax and fish a bit. The property is great a lot to offer all ages. Matt was great for boat rentals, and fushing tight off the dock was good. Prices for everything is really reasonable, and Rhonda and Matt are great. I am thinking of coming again with my older kids as it would be another great adventure."
