"1. die Sprachverständigung ging weder in deutsch noch in englisch, 2. die Rezeption war ca. 90% unbesetzt, zuletzt lag ein Zettel mit einer Tel.-Nummer am Tresen... man war aber im Biergarten mit den anderen Angestellten rauchen!!! 3. die ganze Woche hat der Aufzug gesponnen... es gab alle erdenklichen Störszenarien (Einzelheiten auf Anfrage) am Vorabend der Abreise musste ich noch eine Personenbefreiung machen, weil er einfach stehen blieb. "We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."
