"This is an excellent base for visiting Taipei. It is located within walking distance of Taipei Main train station and close to two metro lines. The room are well designed, quiet and extremely clean. There is a decent size swimming pool on the room. Breakfast is very good with a large select of Western and Taiwanese options. The staff are friendly and super efficient. I would definitely recommend."

That especially included all the staff members who helped us find directions to places we wanted to visit as well as the taxi cab drivers who took us to night markets, shopping districts, temples, and other friends we visited. "The staff was professional and very helpful. As a foreigner visiting the country, I appreciated the employee's effort to support and accommodate. The facilities were clean and orderly. The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again. "

"I was very impressed by how clean, quiet & inviting the property is. The entrance is sort of tucked away in plain sight in a bustling area of Ximending with the lobby on the 6th floor. The Japanese vibe felt very authentic, and the staff were so professional, caring & helpful. My room was on the 21st floor and had a stunning view of the city. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathtub was a delight. Some areas of the property are showing some age, but you can tell it is thoroughly maintained. Highly recommend. "
