"I stayed at a hotel on a cold day, and when I complained because the room was cold, they said the main heater was broken and they were fixing it and there was no heater. I had no choice but to endure it, but it was too cold... I checked that there was a room in another hotel right next door, and it was warm, so I paid more and tried to move, but the heater stopped working an hour after I checked in, and it was too cold and I said I would check out, and only then did they say the heater was working and send someone to turn it up!
