"Booked this hotel through Expedia and overall had a good stay at Taj Palace. The staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and polite. The property is clean, well maintained and updated as expected from a Taj hotel. The only disappointing experience was during breakfast at Capital Kitchen. The food was fine, but the service was not well organized. I ordered an omelette which never arrived even after asking twice. Same with the cappuccino, I had to remind them again. This was not expected...

The breakfast staff stood out every day and was excellent. We stayed in room 333 and Prakash always made sure our room was perfect and he was extremely welcoming. Truly everyone was so welcoming and kind. Congratulations to the management team for putting together such a great staff."

"Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Fresh and delicious food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checkin checkout was smooth. We had a comfortable stay. There was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But from hotel to airport the reception staff arranged a cab."
