"Super convenient location with helpful staff"

"So nice, I stayed here twice. Not directly in the heart of the action but a 10 minute walk to it. Train station is a 15-20 minute walk. Two large grocery stores at the top of the street. Hotel was clean staff were friendly, bar and food available and a nice lobby area which was being well used by guests/families. Would stay here again."

"Good hotel, right on the front facing train station, 6th time in Amsterdam, always looking for a nice place to stay, rooms were very basic, could do with a lick of paint and a few amenities. Didn’t get the opportunity's to use the pool. Came with group of 6 family members. "

"We had a huge room- but, over the front door- big window, not at all private, a little noisy, no fresh air. Room very clean and well equipped- robes, slippers, eye mask, etc. but desk lamp would not turn off except to unplug it. Heated towel rack did not work. Comfortable bed, many pillows. Bathroom spacious but odd- soap dispenser opposite tap at sink- 24” opposite. Weird. Hotel busy, felt safe, reasonably central- 20 minutes walk to anywhere, but in pedestrian only zone so no ride share or cab to the door- about one block walk. Breakfast room spacious and light, good assortment of foods- and hosts circulated offering fresh poached egg or green soup. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Reasonably priced for central Amsterdam."

"Excellent location. Walking distance from Train station. It is close to the shops . Fantastic breakfast Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. Would be nicer if a small coffee maker or kettle was provided. No microwave or mini fridge . "
