"Room was clean. Arrived on Friday no staff where at reception so had to phone to get are room code which toke a hour we then went into are room everything was fine we went out came back later on at night and the room code had changed and we had to phone again to get a new one which toke another hour we then woke up the next morning left checked the code was fine which is was we then came back later that night and again th code had been changed this happened ever night Friday Saturday and Sunday and they were all at night apart from that room was fine and everything but we spent more time outside are room trying to get in then we did in the room "

"Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central. 2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places. The room sizes are good. These are the good points. The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc. My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money"

"If you need only a bed for the night, good food and nothing else, then this place is all you'd need, maybe just me but the bed wasn't that comfortable. The room was cheap, you get what you pay for."
