"Good for a stop over. Wouldn’t rave about it, as they didn’t even have our booking to begin with when we booked through WOTIF."

"There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper. Additionally, a team member named James (Jamie) emailed my husband accusing him of stealing a cup and a chopping board. There isn’t even a toaster, so a chopping board isn’t a reasonable expectation. He also claimed he tried to call, but we were unavailable, even though we run a business and received calls all day. So, no, I won’t be returning or recommending this resort. On the positive side, the restaurant was lovely. The steak was divine, and the gluten-free pizza was excellent with no cross-contamination issues."

"We stayed in 2 bed room apartment, the veiw from balcony was amazing. I have stayed here many times and it will return in the near future. "

"We were six adults over Easter 2026.This is nicely furnished and still roomy. We did not feel like we were on top of each other.The tv in lounge room is massive and it’s great to sit in the reclining chairs/lounge to watch it.There is a tv also in main bedroom but not the other two.Quick walk to coffee each morning- two cafes were open all the Easter weekend. SPAR grocery store across from cafe for anything you run out of.The kitchen has plenty of good pots. About 3 came with lids. There was spray oil but otherwise no cooking/olive oil - no paper towel - no tomato or BBQ sauce or basic herbs.There are sufficient plates etc for 6 people.Dishwasher worked well. Tablets were provided."

"No aircon in all the 3 rooms and we were only given 1 towel each for 7 days not to mentioned that I called to report that my daughter found that the towels in one of the beds were dirty and there appears to have dog furs, The toilets not properly cleaned.It is summer and the other people were unable to sleep due to the heat ie no aircon"

"Spacious with great ocean view and perfect to watch the fireworks! It has a very steep driveway. I deducted one star for cleanliness (one of the bedsheets had a stain) and for the broken garage door, which stopped working midway through our stay. We did figure out how to manually open it and seems like the other residents left it open on purpose at times too. I contacted after-hours support for help with the garage but didn’t hear back after the initial contact. Though understandable given it was around New Years."
