A small minimarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and a slightly larger grocery store was 15 minutes away on foot. The garden furniture was a bit worn. "Best hotel we've ever stayed in and we've been to Nerja ten times. Room cleaned everyday, hotel was spotless, lovely staff that go out of their way to greet staff eveytime you enter the hotel. They even arranged taxi to airport. Driver met us at reception, took our cases and escorted us to carpark for €80. After staying at Hotel Balcon wouldnt stay anywhere else!"

Staff addressed us by name from the moment we arrived and couldn’t do enough to help and make us feel welcome.
