"My unit was clean and host was responsive and very kind! Everything was cozy and I felt very comfortable. The only difference is there was no full stove and oven it is a hot plate. I was able to cook meals fine but did expect a full stove as pictured. Other than than it was comfy, had a great balcony view, and wonderdul host and host family. I would definitely stay again. Also, there are a few local stores that are in walking distance that I loved exploring and getting necessties from. :)"

"We were in CR for a month and stayed here for five days. We loved the quiet gated community with a pool and plenty of wildlife. The villa was perfect for us with just a short drive to several beaches and markets. Mary has the house fully stocked to make your beach experience easy for travelers; beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels etc. Our favorite part was watching the monkeys and macaws out by the pool in the evenings. "The location was the only good thing about it. It said parking on the property, but it was in front of the house. We parked in the empty lot next door. There was trash in the bedroom and the bathroom shower walls were dirty. She sent the cleaning lady over, but she said it was stained. There was pink soap down the side of shower and the whole bottom was terrible. We were glad the bedroom had air but she said it couldn’t be lower than 24 which is 75 f to warm in already stifling hot weather....
