"This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. "

"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "I had a longer stay here. I felt very comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator to take your suitcases or shopping upstairs.Everything you need is available. I think that one or two little things will be added over time. The hostess went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, gave me tips on where to go and where to find things.The park right next door is especially great. I can highly recommend it."
