"Sumit’s place is just what we needed. It was a trip with my sons and we needed a place with parking and a place that we can do our laundry. Her apartment was just 15 minutes away from Manhattan which was a plus for us. Her place was clean and had upgraded amenities. Sumit and her brother Ryan were quick to respond for any questions that we had. Will recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to NYC."

"Overall a nice stay and nothing much to complain about. Location is convenient, no noise issues for us, and easy access to subway/plenty of stores around but it is FiDi so just expect all things associated with that. Most of the communication for toiletries/towel requests is done through Vrbo if you booked through here.The only inconvenience we had was the shower door not having a seal (which is something that should have been checked beforehand) so the bathroom basically flooded after one...

"Very old building with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the apartment itself. We've booked it for a 10-day stay, in which the owner did not change the bed linen, and at our request we received towels that were brought directly from the store (not washed). The apartment is offered for 6 to a maximum of 8 people, and objectively it is comfortable for a maximum of 4-5 people."
