"If you are going to visit New York City, this is the perfect hotel. The price is reasonable, it is clean, and there is a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to and from port authority in manhattan for $4 per passenger. And close to it there is a mall called American Dream, very nice big mall with excellent restaurants."

"From check-in to check-out the staff were beyond helpful. Very courteous and knowledgeable of the area. They strive to be very accommodating. Don’t let the unassuming outside keep you from booking a room here. They even let us keep our car parked there while we went to the 9/11 Memorial at the WTC. We walked 20 mins to catch the path train over to the city which was only a ten minute ride. Wonderful place to stay and the staff went above and beyond. Would stay again if in the area."
