"The location was clean BUT they do not secure the shampoo/conditioner/body wash and you can easily open the bottles. I took a chance to pack light bc in previous hotels I tried and could never open the bottles so I would be more comfortable using them if needed. These come right off the wall and open right up. Luckily there is a Target close by where I was able to get travel sizes of these items. They really need to make these tamper proof."

"The location was good if you plan to not stay in manhattan. The ferry is right outside the property. Beautiful park overlooking midtown and lower manhattan. Rooms and property is clean."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. They provided shuttle service to MetLife for the R&B tour before the the show was supposed to start. It poured down raining that two cars were underwater on the street of the hotel. This was on August 7. The hotel staff advised me and my daughter that they may have to stop the shuttle service because of the bad weather until after the concert starts but she wasn’t sure if she say maybe because it really was bad. The rain was horrible, however, they didn’t stop the shuttle service they continue on. And to make sure that me and my daughter was on the bus the staff at the front desk came to the bus and make sure we was on it. The only problem I had was not with the hotel or the hotel staff, but it was how people acted after the concert to get on the shuttle bus. They didn’t know how to act the bus driver acted promptly and calmed the situation and didn’t allow it to escalate. I was definitely stay at this hotel again, it was well worth it."
