"Clean room, but the general hallway had a really bad fish smell. This could be from the pool. All staff was available in our room was cleaned every day. The snack bar is expensive. There is no item under three dollars. The bar was closed majority of the weekend because of the rainy weather. Overall, I had a great experience here. I was able to adjust my room temperature exactly where I needed it to be. I would stay here again if it wasn’t due to the terrible traffic going to Manhattan. There is a shuttle that caused four dollars in cash that goes straight to Manhattan but you have to walk a little to get there."

"We ended up arriving to the city a day early, but out stay was booked so we just needed somewhere to crash for the night before going into NYC for our actual stay. As we pulled up to the hotel around 11pm and I was a bit taken back because the back side of the hotel was not very glamorous. However once we pulled to the front, it was attractive. The front desk worker was very nice and quick. Still skeptical, we went up to the rooms and when we entered it was actually VERY large and VERY new and VERY clean! Most of the time these hotel beds are the worst, but these mattresses were new and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if I was ever looking in that area! Once we checked out and went into the city it took us like 7 minutes and we were in downtown NYC!"

"The hotel was in a very convenient location for our party. Will definitely consider here again if I ever have plans in the area again :) I found our room kind of humid after our first day, the ac unit was kind of old so it took awhile for the room to cool down. The doors weren't too soundproof so you can hear everyone walking through the halls as if you were right beside them, though it wasn't too much of a dealbreaker for me. There were a few drain flies in our shower, hence the 4*, thankfully there weren't more that popped up after. Breakfast was mostly pastries, waffles and cereal/oats, there was a decent selection for everyone, plenty of items available if you woke up late too. Staff were very nice to us and were welcoming!"

"I didn't like the fact that you need the key card to operate the elevator. It's a small thing that can be overlooked, just wanted to bring it up. Oh and paying $80 to park is abhorrent!!! Other than those two things, everything else was great!"
