"My favorite aspect of the property is it's location, the lobby is also very cool and the staff were all super pleasant. Since I was on a lower floor, I didn't experience any of the noise problems others have commented on. I appreciated that there are two sets of windows, one is specifically to minimize street sound, which it did. While my room was pretty tiny, I think that's the norm in NYC and it was all I needed since I was rarely in it. My only complaints are small things like a better mattress pad would be cool, bigger, fluffier towels and a fridge that I could put things in. My mini-bar fridge was never re-stocked, during my stay, which would have been nice for a late night bubbly water. But, I'd stay here again!"

"Skyline view room is the way to go, with the iconic Empire State Building as the main visual attraction. Housekeeping was on the ball, with everything kept clean and tidy throughout our stay.
