"Room hot and moldy. Floors and bedding was damp and musty. All around the building seems to be cracking and mold filling the cracks. I will never stay here again. This hotel needs a complete redo."

"The elevator was wild surprise. Build in the 1940s, it was manually operated.Felt like we were going back in time. Restaurant was fine dinning."

"The lobby is the nicest part of this hotel. Its very decieving as it looks shiny & modern. The room is a hybrid of apartment & hotel room efficiency but somewhat dated especially the appliances and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool needs way more loungers for the number of guests that want to use it. Free coffee in the lobby at times, other times is $2.00. Stated business center is non-existent & when my husband & I tried to use an unused meeting room we were quickly told we weren’t allowed & to go use the 1 desk in the “business “ center. Bar at the pool was a nice touch & the pool area was quiet & relaxing. Just not worth the $ but I was desperate for a room during a busy time in Miami. "

"Room given to as a solo traveler at my arrival was bare with no decorative pieces. Fortunately, I was able to switch rooms after the front desk clerk agreed to move me to a more appealing one."

"The door lock was not working properly the first few days. I got locked out multiple times. They finally replaced the lock on the third day so I can get in okay."
