"I woke up late and didn't get breakfast the first day breakfast was good the second day it was not as good and i miss having breakfast on the third day the hot tub stop working on the first day but they fix it the next day "

"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen. "

"Room 201 is large, has a king-size bed, and a side chair. The only thing missing is a small side table for the side chair when you are watching TV"

"We were looking forward to using the pool but found out when we arrived that renovations onsite would not avail us of that easy option. Our room was great, it's just the general reception area that was unfinished. "
