"We loved this property! It was clean, comfortable, and located right around the corner from historical downtown Cottonwood. The decor was very fun and we loved learning about some of the history of the location as well. Denise, the owner, happened to be there one morning as we were heading out for the day and offered to give us a tour of the 3 houses--it was lovely! We had brought our e-bikes to do a little touring around town and the area is great for that as well. We would definitely stay here...

"Our family of 4 all loved the Boulder Cabin! It was clean, comfortable and had all the extras you would ever want. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen complete with a ton of different spices. All of the beds were comfortable and had really soft, high quality linens. The back yard hot tub and fire pit were relaxing. The cabin’s proximity to town and grocery stores was perfect. Also, Prescott is a great base camp for visits to Sedona,...

"Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....

"The house was lovely for two people. Small backyard for our dog was nice. Property was very quiet and peaceful. The property (main house, barn, this cabin have a fence border). There were people in the barn next to us and the main house but we never interacted with them. Kitchen had the basics. Everything clean. Lighting was a bit dim though. Traffic into the central part of town ( 3 miles/ 7 min) was crazy at 30min-1hour around 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Luckily we were always trying to come...
