"I always have a nice stay at this hotel. However, this time, there was a tech issue with the front desk and they could not find many reservations, and it was total chaos. Took hours for them to find it, honor it, and then issue a room, which then I found was already occupied when I got to the room. While I understand that these things happen....they shouldn't. Also, I have stayed here from before the renavation, and since. The cleaning staff obviously have used the wrong products to clean the...

"The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Two of the receptionists, Loubana and Asmara, went out of their way to make sure that we had a nice stay. The rooms were also spacious and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of dining options near the hotel "

"It was an amazing experince. We spent one night there. The staff was too freindly and helped us regarding the taxi fare and regarding places to watch. You can aslo keep your luggage there for some extra fees there if you are leaving later than your stay at the hotel."

"The property is a bit dated and need some minor upkeeps. It is convenient to transportation and train station. Close to a few great restaurant like Rick's cafe, la Sqala and Da Dada."

"This was an excellent choice for us. It is a beautiful facility and very well run. We ate in the restaurant, outside on the patio, and in their special authentic moroccan dinner with belly dancing restaurant as well. The foos was all delicious and nicely served. "

"Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Rabat. The staff was very kind, easy parking available. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as they wanted 350 MAD per person which is a lot. There’s no shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes all over the floor that would be my only complaint. It’s about a 15 min walk to Mohamed VI museum and the boardwalk. Great location. "
