"Excellent "

"Our stay here for 7 nights was an absolute pleasure. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The up keep of the building & grounds is top notch. The entire staff was very friendly & would engage in conversations if they had time, even the contractors working on site were very friendly. The desk clerks always welcomed us back. They were very accommodating with any request we had. The hotel has a guest laundry that appears to be quite new and worked as advertised. The housekeeping staff was accommodating with new linens when requested. There is a separate smoking area outside away from any entrance so that non-smokers do not have to walk through a crowd of smokers. The smoking area had several comfortable chairs available and was shaded with trees. There is a lake out the back of the hotel with access to a walking path. Shopping & restaurants are nearby. Overall, I would give our stay here 10 stars if possible. We will definitely stay here the next time we come down to visit our family. I cannot rave enough about this place."

"This location is so quiet and clean is an understatement. For being a pet friendly hotel you couldnt tell pets are here, we travel alot and this has to be the best hotel weve stayed in, in a very long time. We are just overnighting here so we arent checking out the amenities. However, the roo. Is clean, beds are comfortable and smell clean and washed. Bathroom is spotless. Definitely will be coming back if we ever find ourselves this way again.!"

"Our trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday was great. All of the staff were excellent and polite. Kimberly Simmons was nice enough to purchase my daughter some flowers and a card signed by all the staff! It was so beautiful! We come every year for her birthday and the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. I am so thankful for the staff and their great customer service and would recommend anyone who hasn’t to give this hotel a try! "

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The first room I was given looked as though it hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time (dust on the walls and ceiling, dead bugs, etc.). I asked for a new room and the concierge was very helpful and issued me a different room. The second room was very clean and up to par. 7/10, I do recommend."
