Imagine brand new bathrooms, brand new beds, new new new everything. This tastefully decorated 3 bed/3 full bath 1800 sq ft dwelling offers elegance while being situated in the heart of Georgia’s Golden Isles. The master suite boasts a king bed with an attached full bathroom and a 43-inch wall-mounted Smart TV. Guest room one has a queen bed with a private attached full bath. Guest room two also has a queen bed with a semi-private full bath. Both have 40-inch wall-mounted Smart TVs.

2000 steps from the Beachside; Marina, and dining are just adjacent. Easy access to parking and elevator right to your front door. The Moorings complex is family friendly with a fenced-in pool area and common areas for grilling and sitting with family and friends. Spend the day boating, biking, Golfing or just sitting on the beach, then return to your luxurious home away from home. The large kitchen opens up the dining room with a table for 6, and barstools for 4, making it a perfect setting to have a family meal or entertain with friends. Lounge and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV, or sit out on the screened-in porch and take in the wildlife scenery. E-bikes and kayaks are also available.

Guests have access to the entire dwelling. Take advantage of the common areas by the pool and clubhouse area. Parking is available in the building.

Worth every penny!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This extremely welcoming condo has a fantastic morning view. Furnishings and appliances are all well maintained and good condition. Although there were not as many kitchen tools/supplies as we expected, for the price charged it was absolutely worth it! We would hands down stay again! Parker-Kaufmann makes the entire process extremely easy and are highly professional and friendly to work with.
