Lanier Cottage - cozy home within walking distance to the beach

A comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an open floor living room and back deck overlooking a lovely landscaped yard. Sleeping spaces include 1 queen and 4 twins. Offers a charcoal grill for a nice BBQ with the family. Short stroll to the beach. Tennis & golf courses 1 mile away.
Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Pool privileges are provided at Days Inn & Suites.

NO SMOKING; NO PETS.
NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

A nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time at the house. It was plenty big enough for our stay on the island.

Family beach trip

The overall experience was amazing! The company who owns the house was very nice. The pool was a little hard to use because it was on the other side of the island so we didn’t use it but once. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable, other then those things the property and the trip was amazing!
