"I had to book this hotel otherwise we will sleep at street at mid night. Expedia gave us scammer property at our original booking. No way check in and no way to reach them. Customer service took us almost two hours on phone to wait and then told us no way to check in and no way give us new hotel. Totally unacceptable!
