An authentic Colorado high country experience at the comfy two-story house just 93 miles from Denver. This is the perfect spot for people who love nature and wildlife.

Nestled against the Pike National Forest on four acres of pine and aspen trees, the home is situated at an elevation of 9,400 feet.

Those who crave close proximity to wildlife will enjoy this cozy home. Bear, bobcat, deer, lynx, mountain lions, coyotes and other small critters all live in the area.

Approximately 20-30 minutes from Tarryall, 11 Mile and Spinney reservoirs.

The home features two bedrooms and two full baths, fully furnished. Each with a king-sized mattress to provide you with a peaceful night's sleep. Perfect for a family.

With a gas grill and a complete kitchen with all the dishes, utensils and glassware you'll need for your convenience and comfort and ready to enjoy.

Six hundred feet from the property line is a stocked fishing pond, and there are Colorado hiking trails for you to explore.
