"Honestly, we did have a problem with the shower in the room. I called the front desk, the response was immediate, the gentleman that came to the room was so friendly, fun and earnestly wanted to please us as guests. He was so helpful and accommodating, it was very impressive. The person who checked us in earlier was very kind, he also went out of his way to help me without my asking for help. So the two employees that we encountered were exemplary. I highly recommend this hotel."
