"The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the TV in the room was not working. I was offered to change my room across the hall. I respectfully declined since it was late in the evening. I did however mentioned to possibly stop by after 9am to fix the problem. The Maintenance staff person did stop by on time and fixed the cabling issue. He also spotted me in the cafeteria lounge and took the time to let me know what the problem was and that i was fixed. I really appreciated that. All the ladies stationed to handle breakfast have been consistently Welcoming and so friendly. Thank you Spark Team for always making me feel welcome."

"The indoor pool was warm and lovely, no hot tub. Very nice room, good breakfast. Free parking. Needs to review safety items as fire extinguisher cases were functioning but broken doors, and location map near first floor elevator had been scraped off the sign."

"The room was in the front of the property. The AC worked really well. I liked having a full size refrigerator in my room. Room was neat, and clean."
