"The breakfast had a good selection and was well staffed. The lady responsible for keeping the food replenished worked efficiently to keep the room stocked on a busy morning. When we arrived, our room door opened with the card, but was blocked by the safety bar. The front desk staff went up to try to unlatch the safety bar with no luck. We were quickly given another room. No maintenance effort was immediately made to open the door which seemed unusual considering there was no way of knowing if a hurt or unconscious guest could have been in the room. If I was that unconscious guest, I would hope quick efforts were made to access the room."

"The property was very clean, nicely decorated and easy to find your way around. VERY enjoyable visit!! The 5th floor lounge was also an enjoyable place to relax for the evening as was the lobby! The morning comp breakfast was very nice, BUT, No decaf coffee!! I don’t drink it, but I heard other guests asking WHY not!!"

"This property has recently been renovated and it is beautiful. They completely re-modeled it but left the character of the house intact. The outdoor front porch and back patio were our favorite places to hang. It's large enough for big groups with 3 full baths and a 1/2 bath, large island that fits at least 20 and all new appliances in the kitchen. It's a short walk to downtown Geneva, there's a coffee shop across the street and Giant Eagle is close if needed. We would definitely stay here again!"
