"Pros: The staff was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean. When the door to the balcony was shut, we couldn't hear the river at all. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. There were ducks on everything! (And there was a baby duck in the river.) The kitchenette was amazing - anything you might need in a kitchen was readily available. Dish soap and a sponge were provided, as well! Our fellow 2nd building patrons were friendly. "Yes, this resort is a little outdated and could use some upgrades - but, overall fantastic! You get your monies worth and then some. Stayed with a 3 & 6 year old and they enjoyed the butterfly area & build a bear activities in addition to the waterpark area. Friendly staff. Clean room & spacious. Nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer in the unit. Fun free popsicle cart poolside for kids & cheap cabana rental for the day. Highly recommend!"

"My room was nice and clean only thing I have to complain about is when we got to our room no air was on it was 98 degrees in the room and it took the rest of the night to cool it off the people working the desk was all super sweet they need to fix up the game room they have over half the games they have don’t work but over all I would stay again just call and have them put the air on before I come "
