"We rented this place for a small family gathering and extra places for family to stay. The owner was not hard to reach and the place was decently priced for what we needed. It has two bedroom and is in the better part of Hagerstown. The only thing I didn’t really like was the street parking but that is more of a personal pet peeve than anything else. For the price and being in one of the safer places in town I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay."

"We had a great girls weekend staying at the 1799 inn. The location is great and we were able to walk out the door to all the sites, shopping, and restaurants around town. We were there during the Christmas season and the town was so nostalgic. The inn was clean and welcoming. A few things we noticed is the heating situation. It was within walking distance (less than a mile) of historic Harper's Ferry and there were two restaurants directly across the street (one of them vegan) as well as a bar. "In town for Frederick 1/2 Marathon. Terrific location for enjoying all that Frederick has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The apartment was spacious and had a very comfortable couch. Kitchen had new appliances. The one downside was that hot water heater was not functioning properly. Had to deal with luke warm showers at best. Fix it and I’ll stay again."

"The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!"
