"A tvg that works and a clean environment I believe they dov have nice rooms I guess mines was the clucky one vi was so tired vi didn't notice the roach on the floor plus the TV didn't work"

"Si. Tenia todo incluido todo super limpió. Me encanto. Silencio. Solo que en caso de emergencia en la noche, el front desk cierra hasta la manana y en caso de fuego es una trampa. Deberia hsber las 24 horas alguien en rl front desk . Eso es totalmente unsafe."

"It was a peaceful stay except the doors all slam shut! If they could update the hotel by Hilton and modernize the bathroom it would be awesome."

"Killeen, we had alot of problems. An electrical glitch caused a big malfunction with the room card in the entire hotel. Every guest had to wait until a staff member use their key fob to allow entry into the rooms while smoke alarms were constantly going off or beeping maybe due to the glitch. At one time, the smoke alarm went off in our room at 3 o'clock in the morning. The walk- in shower glass doors didn't close properly so there was constant water dripping on the floor. We requested to to move to another room because of the smoke alarm constantly beeping. Breakfast was served late due to the fact that it wasn't ready in the morning. And the food was mediocre at best. Apparently several guests are illiterate. Sign clearly states that you are not allowed to take food to your room."

"the fridge was dirty.. My cooler ran out of ice for the drinks to remain cold ans was about to place them in the fridge but decided not to when i saw how dirty it was."

"Rooms were clean and property was well maintained. Surprisingly, I had no issues and my stay was pleasant. Thank you!"
